[ICOM] Is there an Icom Pro-series desktop remote encoder?

Ten-Tec has accomodated some of its transceivers with a desktopremote tuning encoder.  It eases the strain of posturing up againstthe rig during hunt and search operations.
Has anything like this been made for the Icom Pro series?  Or isthere a USB driven encoder that can be run via the computer interface?
