[ICOM] AFSK RTTY with PROIII

Hi Phil, just do the FSKing in the ACC 1 connector at the back as shown on 
Sec 2 page 20 that is where I got my fixed lever AF as well.. MMTTY under 
options set the com # you get your FSK..
