[ICOM] Icom 765 low output on 80meters

Don't use the tuner as it don't work could that still have an affect even
though tuner is off?

Jeff, I don't have a 765, but a 761. Could it be an issue with the antenna
tuner?

I have good output on all bands except 80 meters. Testing into a dummy
load. 80meters I am only getting 60 watts and suggestions as what to check
since its only on this band.
