[ICOM] IC-735 VCO Cap Replacement

I am finally getting around to replacing the four trimmer caps in the 
VCO.  I am certain that this topic has been well covered and I have 
found some information through searching Google.

The one question I have that has not been covered is:  What side of 
R108 should be used to measure the 6.5 Volts?  Since I don't have a 
schematic I would only be guessing.

Any other tips in performing this repair would be greatly appreciated.
