I have just sent half a dozen e-mails to folks to have unsubscribed 
or threatened to over this past "Political" fiasco.  From start to 
finish this thread lasted all of eighteen hours.  From the comments I 
have received, you would have thought it was into its third week!

One of the primary antagonists in this mess came within an inch of 
being placed on moderation and I am continually amazed at how the 
holidays frequently bring out the worst out in some people.  Cut me 
and your fellow subscribers some slack, people.  The next time you 
feel like yelling at someone, do it privately so we all don't have to 
listen to it.
