Not all CAT5 cables are created equal. The cable is different if you are
hooking two computers together verses hooking a computer to a hub. Also,
in-line couplers can be reversed as well. It is best to check with an
ohm meter that all is well with your connections. If wired wrong, you
can damage your rig due to the 8 +/- volts on the connector.
