[ICOM] FL32 vs FL100

The FL-32 solders in where the FL-100 plugs in. The "pins" are of a 
different size along with possibly the center frequency and impedance. 
Possibly Mike Hilton at icom america could get the actual information on 
each filter, we used to have it in tech support when I was there so many 
years ago.
