Make sure that copper bar is soldered in real good - that is a common failure
point in those supplies.  But if it is the opto-coupler....  good luck.  That
part is no longer available and this forced me to buy a spare working supply
years ago - just in case.  I re-capped the whole thing and put it on the shelf
just for that eventuality.

You might shop for a bad supply from someone else - and use it for parts.
