Gary,
My effort is still 'work in progress' and I only have pictures of the
antenna mount and one the 'convoluted' brackets
that bolt to one of the driver's seat bolt for the radio.
As far as the antenna mount at the rear of the truck's, I am somewhat
concerned about the ground plane quality since
the antenna will have ground plane only for 90 degrees under it, the truck's
bed. The other concern is what will be the
effect of the fiberglass shell? I do not know the effect on the antenna?
Although the shell is fiberglass, still it is not free
air.
I will send you whatever pictures I have at this time to the Comcast
address.
73,
Mort, NA6MA
