[ICOM] Icom 706 Mark2G

In my case with the "G" I found the DSP not all that good. What I used
was a digital speaker. I live in a noisy neighborhood. I finally went
back to a TenTec 580 Delta and that radio handles any noise very well
and actually do not use the digital speaker very much of the time.
