[ICOM] 500 kHz transceiver?

Hello Adam,

Yes, I have lost my naughty hairs ;-)

The Siemens E311 was an excellent and very quiet receiver. We used him 
on almost all positions, except 500 and 461 kHz.

The combination IC-7700 and 500 kHz transmitter should be an excellent 
one! I like those Finish projects very much. Very nice design.

First we need the allowance to transmit on 500 kHz... Not unimportant ;-)
