Ok. There is a mod for the Chineese version where one remove the 1M resistor
and 10uF conected to ground and where the serial cap at 10uF is excanged for
a 0,01uF. The mod is decribed at
http://www.deimert.se/icom_hm36 It is in Swedish but I think you get the
picture. The gain would than be that your settings would be the same as with
the other mic's.
