[ICOM] missing screw

That screw provides the chassis ground to the cable.  It has been responsible
for a number of odd things happening to the IC-706.  ICOM spells it out plainly
in one of the manuals - I forget which.  But while some people do without and
get away with it, others have all sorts of freaky troubles.  No rhyme or reason,
it just is.....
