[ICOM] missing screw

No doubt.  Just double checked, all my metric comes in coarse and fine (as
does all my SAE equipment), with a few oddball fasteners with what could be
described as extremely fine or coarse for any given shank diameter.  Nothing
like 10mm coming in four different flavors.

Guess it boils down to "common" and the "DC-daylight" pitches for the same
fastener.

Odd about the screw on the extension cable problem, freakish, actually.
