[ICOM] missing screw

Narrow the problem down first, put the faceplate back on the body.  If the
problem stops, it could be a loose cable and might be related to the missing
screw, if not, check everyhting else I
mentioned.

As for the screw, take the body into a harware store and check out SHORT
small metric screws and see what works, it's just a screw...
