[ICOM] Transistor for IC-7000

[GGLL]

	Hello Stephen; I already looked at Digikey, but found none in stock 
(cost each was 18.40). Many places have it listed, but have no stock. I 
have solved the problem already, a friend has just purchased  it in Spain.
