[ICOM] Correction IC2-SA manual (NOT IC2-SAT)

The one on the Icom web site is not the correct manual. I have never 
figured out why Icom even printed it as it is intentionally incomplete.

The manual I had with my IC2SA was a revised version with 43 pages and 
the data in the "Tech Talk" addendum was included. It was also much more 
legible than the "Tech Talk" addendum which is pretty difficult to read 
due to the poor rendering of the greyscale. Unfortunately I lost it in a 
move. I now have a photocopy that I got from the technical service dept. 
at Bellevue years ago.

If I manage to assemble a good legible copy... I'll send it along to 
Icom to post on the web site.
