[ICOM] IC-2SAT manual

Does anyone have the instruction manual for this radio. There were 2 
versions... the one with 19 pages which is on the Icom web sites are 
almost completely useless. I'm looking for the amended manual with 43 
pages. I do have a photocopy here... but it is of mediocre quality. I 
would like to assemble a complete manual and upload it to some of the 
manual sites as they all seem to have the same useless manual that Icom 
has uploaded (probably in error).
