[ICOM] Original 706 LCD Display repair/replacement

Ah - hah....  Sounds like the assembly is de-laminating.  Can't fix that.  Maybe
you can find an early 706 for scrap parts.  I bought a IC-901 for that - $100.
It has paid for itself already.
