Hi Paul,

No new Icom model is for certain until it shows up at Tokyo HamFair.
Possible replacements for the 7000 and 7400/746Pro are purely speculative at
this point.

The USA version does to 60 meters. Note what it says at the bottom of the
page, or lack of it. No mention of the 746 (7400 in Europe). I take note of
this, because the rumor mill says there will be a 7500 to replace the 746
(7400). The 7300 is now the in-house name for what has been known as the
7000.1, so apparently the 7000 replacement is closer to a reality. I suspect
8 to 12 months.
