[ICOM] Icom T22A Locked

Is there an " L " in the display where the memory channel would 
normally appear? If so hold the function, above the PTT and press the 
CALL button the "L" should disappear.

Is the display flashing? If so the VCO is likely unlocked

Lastly have you tried the CPU reset as listed in the instruction manual?
