[ICOM] Icom IC-471A Service Manual

Thanks for the posts regarding my request for a Service Manual for 
the IC-471A...

Replies indicate that Icom never compiled or issued one...this is 
strange...I know
that the 271 and 471 share similar boards such as logic, etc. thus the Service
Manual for the 271 will apply in many cases.

My problem with the newly acquired IC-471A is a lack of PL...TONE LED 
comes on...
but that's it...I then tried (installed) a UT-15 encode/decode 
board..same results...
at present I am tracing wires...any help appreciated
