[ICOM] OPC-599 Conversion Cable

Under the options, they list an OPC-599 (ITEM #3436) for $49.95 US and there
is a diagram too if you can find the connectors.

I need this conversion cable to use it in the ACC connector in an IC-718, or
the 13 pin connector alone.
I have tried many suppliers with no luck. Does anyone have idea where can I
