[ICOM] Using Microham Microkeyer II with IC7600

The CI-V address for the 7600 is: 7A The 7700 address is: 74 Try 7A
to see if it works. If not, Gary's suggestions below are on target.
Some of the 7700 features may not work with the 7600 as expected, but
they should be close.
