[ICOM] Icom 765 issues the internal supply

The smaller TO-220 NPN Hi-SPD switch is NTE51 replacement  526-NTE51 cost
$3.97 from Mouser.
The larger TO-3P NPN HI-V/SPD is NTE2308.  526-NTE2308 from Mouser at $8.48
each.

Maybe we can figure out a replacement for IC-1 as I would bet it is kaput in
your unit.

the only opto couplers  /  photo interrupters I find in the catalogues are
low
voltage low current devices.

maybe this part of the circuit could be updated to something like the PS-55.
Just an idea.  there should be a "modern" work around for the obsolete IC-1
