[ICOM] Icom 765 issues the internal supply

 Well I decided to see why the internal supply quit working. No blown fuses.
What I found so far is R5 is open, c18 and c19 have swollen tops and Q4 and
Q5 open I sure hope IC1 is still functional. Id like to thank the gent who
emailed me the service info for the ps35 supply. It really helped. Id like
to try and fix it so am looking for some 2SC2307. Rf parts has them  but a
minimum order is needed.
