[ICOM] Icom 765 issue

Jeff,

I would suspect the caps and possibly the FETs in the power supply.
Use google or similar search engine and look for Icom PS-35 power supply 
problems and cures. Also don't overlook Scott Malcom of Malcom Technical 
Support , Kuni Okuma at Comtek and Bruce at Sultantronics all 3 have had 
extensive Icom product experience.
