[ICOM] Icom 765 issue

 Well I fixed the problem, was having vcc drop when xmitting 100watts into a
dummy load. Am using an external supply, the dc power cord with the fuses
was way to long I shortend it added fuses and no more Vcc drop or dimming of
the display. Id like to get the internal supply working its dead no blown
fuses but I did see a cap near one of those transistors that looks like the
top is swollen and the other on is not should I start there?
