[ICOM] Icom 765 issues

Thanks for all the replies and help. I was checking Vcc at the external ps
output and not at the radio and im also xmitting into a 50ohm dummy load. Im
going to measure at the radio input and post back, if I go much past 10watts
in rtty I can see the display start to dim.
