[ICOM] Mods

[Lee Mairs (SAG)]

Roger recommending Clif.  He did great work on an IC-751A the fell victim to 
bad disc capacitors in the PLL section.  It is still going strong, but I 
think Clif is nolonger working at AVVID or no longer working on Icoms.
