[ICOM] R-71A battery replacement

i had 4 of those series
471, 271, r71a,,,,751` i think the 7000 was different.
anyhow i replaced the bats in three of the four ...and lost it on the
3rd one , so i replaced with an Italian board like the piexx.,,,
i had jumped an outboard ps into the circuit,,,,well on 3 of the 4 ....
