Don't confuse Dual Watch with dual receive.  The 756 Pro III has Dual 
Watch which allows you to listen to two different frequencies, but it 
only has one receiver and you are effectively limited to both receive 
frequencies being within the same band.

The 7700 also only has one receiver, but ICOM left out the Dual Watch 
feature for performance reasons.

The 7800 is the only current ICOM offering that offers true dual 
receive with two independent receivers within the same box.
