Hi Gary,

Just a thought but frequently manufacturers will put out a first run product 
to get a feel of what is missing.

Hold off a few months and you can probably buy an IC-7200 PRO I with FM and 
signalling --at roughly the same price that the IC-7200 orignally sold for.

Patience is the watchword. I can't tell you how many times I was one of the 
first buyers of a new radio only to find out that in a month or two the new 
and improved model was already on the streets! I too think the IC-7200 will 
be a big hit but I am trying to have some patience lest I repeat some of my 
earlier mistakes.
