Somewhere had the original Icom CI-V reference for download, but I think that
violated some copyright. All I have is my own web site which gives a little
bit of information on the Icom CI-V protocol. Just remember that frequency
data is 4 bytes with the IC-735, instead of 5.

To make your program useable with other rigs I would suggest you write it so
that it can handle either 4 or 5 bytes of data in frequency information.
