[ICOM] CIV port on IC7000

I had already done that. Hooking up a digital DVM, with nothing else
connected to the port, I get 0.25V. Spinning the dial still reads
0.25V. With the DVM in AC mode, I read 0 at idle (expected) but also
0V spinning the dial.
