[ICOM] 746PRO low xmit audio FM

[Edward L. Dowdy]

Like I said in my original post. I don't have a deviation meter. I'll do the 
reset today sometime. I'll have a friend check the deviation if that doesn't 
cure it. If that's just the way these are. It's headed down the pike.
