[ICOM] [IC703] ICOM 703 No TX After Factory Driver Mod

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the driver failure after doing the
mod to prevent it ?

Ironically a mod to address this problem was done at the ICOM factory...

My 703 non plus worked fine a week ago. Turned it on this morning and it has
bsolutely no output. Receive is fine. How can this happen so suddenly,or
maybe I'm missing the obvious.
Did a full reset to no avail.
