Heh heh heh - that's what I said HOURS ago.  Code differs from state to state.
Sometimes cities pile on more code on top of the state code.  ASK someone from
your LOCAL AREA to help you get it right - or hack it together with answers here
and maybe get lucky that it is right.  Your choice.

Not to worry - you can get legal advice on the internet too.  And it is worth
every penny you pay for it.
