[ICOM] 706mk2g

We have 2 local 2m repeaters with 100 hz. tone  PL.  5 or 6 locals use the 
mk2g. One repeater no problem but the other they  can't bring up.Ever. I use an 
IC28a & IC t7h no problem with either  repeater. They all have various makes & 
models and  no problem other  than the mk2g won't open the  one repeater. The 
mk2gs open the other any  time. 
They are wondering if any user ever had that problem. The thinking is  maybe 
a birdie or heterdyne that's confusing the repeater coming from the mk2g.  
Since all 6 are having the same problem it wouldn't appear to be a single rig  
problem.
None are on this reflector so I am asking the question. The repeater  output 
freq is 146.625. Standard  down .600 input. They tried  shifting  input freq 
up or down a few khz. with no success. They are open  to suggestions on what to 
try.
