[ICOM] ICOM 735 Problem/Service?

Our club ICOM 735 needs repair.

- CW output is 150 watts measured with the Bird watt meter.

- The power out control and the internal 50/100 watt switch did not 
reduce/vary power out.

- The ALC meter indicates no ALC voltage and does not change with power
out control setting (but does bounce up a little when going into transmit)

Any recommendations for service? This is a fairly basic rig but the 
controls and functions are straight forward enough that we like to have 
it as a backup station.
