Icom HTs and related accessories For Sale:
Icom IC-2 AT, 2 meter HT
The Icom IC-2 AT is a fairly generic HT for the 2 meter band.
It is fully synthesized, with the frequency controlled by thumbwheel
switches on the top, and has a 16 digit touchtone pad on the front.
As some may recall, the IC-2 AT originally came with a 12 digit
touch tone pad on it, but some people needed the 16 digit pad
for control operations, so they ordered a new "front" for the 220 or
440 versions of this HT, which had a 16 digit pad on it, and replaced
this front on the 2AT. This is what has been done with this unit. The
label says Icom IC-3AT but it is really an IC-2AT, with the changed
front. The rubber has deteriorated on the 16 digit pad, so it looks
ugly. Even though it looks ugly, all of the 16 digits seem to work
fine.
The HT has about 3 watts output in high power and just under a watt in
low. A rubber duck antenna, belt clip, and wrist strap are included,
along
with a battery charger. This HT works fine. If you want an expensive,
easy to operate HT, this is it. Paper work included for $35.
Icom IC-4 AT, 440 MHz HT
The Icom IC-4 AT is a fairly generic HT for the 440 MHz band.
It has a 16 digit touch tone pad on the front, and is fully synthesized,
with the frequency controlled by thumbwheel switches on the top.
It has about 3 watts output in high power and just under a watt in low.
A stubby duck antenna, belt clip, and wrist strap is included, along
with a battery charger.
This HT works fine, and looks fine also.
Paper work included for $55.
Icom BC-35 Desk Charger.
It will charge these batteries:
BP-2, BP-3, BP-4 (w/NiCads), BP-5, BP-5A, BP-7, BP-8, BP-70,
CM-2, CM-2G, CM-3, CM-3G, CM-5, CM-5G, CM-5A, CM-5AG,
CM-7, CM-7G, CM-8, CM-8G, CM-96. To put it another way, it
charges all of the batteries used on Icom HTs from about 20
years ago.
This one works fine and looks very close to new.
It is in its original box, with paper work for $25.
Icom DC-1, 13 V DC adapter for many Icom HTs
This adapter slides on the HT, in place of the battery pack. If 13 V
DC is applied, it converts the voltage to the proper voltage for the
HT. It can be used with the IC-2, IC-3, IC-4, IC-02, IC-03, IC-04,
and others. This one works fine, and looks very nice.
With paper work for $12.
Icom BP-4 / CM-4 battery case
This is the "empty" battery case, that one may add six AA cells
for extra long battery life. It will take either rechargable or alkaline
AA batteries. When used with rechargable batteries, it can be
charged on a BC-35 desk charger. This will work on the 2GAT,
02AT, 2AT, 4GAT, 04AT, 12GAT or 03AT, plus many of Icom's
commercial radios. This unit is in very nice condition. No
scratches. With paper work for $15.
"Empty" Battery pack for alkaline cells
This is not the actual Icom BP-4, but is a Mr NiCd clone, with a
value added addition. It is both a pack for AA cells, but it is also
a 13.8 V DC adapter. It can be used on the IC-2, IC-3, IC-4 and
that series of HTs, as well as the IC-02 AT series of HTs.
It is similar to a DC-1 and a BP-4 in one unit.
This particular unit works fine and looks like new. $ 30
Selectone ST-131 Subaudible PL tone encoder
If you need subaudible tones, this unit will add them to the Icom
IC-2AT, 3AT, 4AT, and others of that series that lacked the tones
originally. It is a postage stamp size unit. This one has never been
used, and is still in its original plastic bag, with the instructions.
$20
Prices do not include shipping from Florida.
Thanks.
