[ICOM] IC751A-tuning knob repair

Hi guys,

A friend of mine has a 751A with a tuning knob that doesn't turn. The shaft
seems to have seized in the encoder. What is the procedure to remove the
encoder from the panel and disassemble the unit for repair? Thanks.
