[ICOM] IC737 LCD Display Issue

I have an IC736 on the bench here that's exhibiting an annoying problem with
the main LCD display. There are several segments that don't show up as they
should. An interesting thing that I discovered, quite by accident, is that
the missing segments appear briefly when I breathe my warm and humid breath
on the LCD. I tried with a DRY warm air source (heat gun), and the segments
did NOT appear. Only the humid breath seems to make the missing segments
appear briefly, and then they fade away again. I have checked and even
re-flowed solder connections on the display pins and the display driver
(IC2) with no change. There does not seem to be any other issue with this
rig. Does anyone have any ideas?
