[ICOM] 756 ProII low power

Just a guess but check the diode and transistor on the tuner control
unit, those components are in the T/R circuit..measure the resistance
across the diode, it should be about 9K ohms. If it is less then that
diode and transistor are shorted, check the resistors in that area
too. Next go to the RF unit and check all the diodes that switch RF
between Rx and Tx..you may even have some shorted in the BPF section too.
