[ICOM] 756 ProII low power

My 756ProII is running into a 500W Termaline Coaxial Resistive Bird dummy load. 
I have also connected my WM-1 SWR/Wattmeter. The external wattmeter reading 
agrees with the transceiver metered power output within a few watts. SWR is 
1:1.

I first noticed the problem when operating into my antenna and looking at the 
external wattmeter. I then connected my dummy load and used the transceiver 
wattmeter with the same results.
