[ICOM] ACC port vs. MIC port on IC-718

The ACC connector has line level inputs and outputs that have impedance
levels close to that of the usual sound card line input and output ports
(around 5k ohms).  They are also unaffected by the mic and audio gain
controls on the front panel.  Audio levels are controlled by the sound
card controls.

Some software like WriteLog recommend that the mic be plugged into the
sound card mic input which is then routed out to the ACC port.  Writelog
mutes the microphone when using the voice keyer function keys.

Not sure on the 718, but putting a Pro-III into USB-D mode disconnects
the mic input for AFSK and PSK digital modes through the ACC connector.
