[ICOM] ACC port vs. MIC port on IC-718

Hello Christopher,
I do this on my 746pro and it works very well.
You do want to use the acc connection for audio output
because it is not affected by the vol control.
The 746pro has a setting that puts a "D" (for digital)
on the display which mutes the microphone.
I don't think you have that on the 718. You do need to
unplug the microphone. Otherwise I believe that when
you tx from remote, you will tx extraneous sound from
around the operating position (could be interesting!)
