[ICOM] Icom 7800 and Quadra amp

Hi Paul,

A switch in the Pin 11 line is probably the easiest and cleanest way around
that issue. Another option is to add a relay to the Quadra, and control it
from the Input 1/2 RF switching relay.

my quadra does the same when i use the xmit to ground off of pin 9 and 11
shared from my 1000d and 9000d. i need to turn on the 1kd first or install a
switch inline to select either rig one at a time.
