Tested on IC-756Pro3: 
Just split (no dual watch): Yes
Split and Dual watch: No, you can't, both VFOs are aligned to the same 
bandwidth (that of VFO 'Main').

This would require 'Dual Watch' and therefore: No, same bandwidth on both 
VFOs.
