[ICOM] Older Icom repeater

If we loose power at the tower site, we loose tone operation.
If we go and reset the machine itself, then it goes back into tone 
operation.

Seems weird, huh...

What would be the difference in loosing power and reseting the repeater?

Something weird happening, thats all I know...:)
